System Migration for ePBT

Starting new migration project for 11 sites. Have to cover more than 21 system modules for each sites. Database involved are mysql, unify, cobol 4,oracle8 and also sybase, need to convert all records to oracle 10g and replication with mysql through vpn for website with php code.
